233 children found with high lead levels in kindergarten
In China, over 200 kindergarten students showed high blood lead levels after kitchen staff used paint as food coloring. Eight people were detained, including the principal, for producing harmful food. Two food samples had lead levels exceeding safety standards by 2,000 times. The case sparked public outrage, recalling past food safety scandals.
