F1: Mekies brings vast experience as he takes over at Red Bull
Following Christian Horner's dismissal, Laurent Mekies will become Red Bull's Formula 1 team director. Mekies, formerly head of Racing Bulls, brings extensive F1 experience from various roles, including his time with the FIA. He acknowledges Horner's legacy and aims to continue building on it. Mekies's first race in charge will be the Belgian GP on July 27.
