Ferrero to buy Froot Loops maker WK Kellogg in $3.1 billion deal
Ferrero, the maker of Nutella, will acquire WK Kellogg Co, including Froot Loops, for $3.1 billion. The deal, approved by WK Kellogg Co's board, is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
