How to help victims of deadly Texas floods
Texas Hill Country is reeling from catastrophic flash floods, with over 100 dead and many missing. A disaster declaration was issued, activating FEMA and the Coast Guard for rescue efforts. Relief funds are being established and supermarket chain, H-E-B, is providing mobile kitchens.
