Hugh Jackson named Young Farmer of the Year
Hugh Jackson, a Waikato-Bay of Plenty farmer, won the FMG Young Farmer of the Year title. The competition involved challenges testing farming skills, public speaking and agricultural knowledge. Jackson, a second-time finalist, is excited to use the title to promote opportunities for young people in the technologically advancing agricultural sector. He was congratulated by industry leaders and Acting Prime Minister David Seymour.
