Live: Nelson Tasman still under state of emergency as severe weather passes
The wild weather has eased, and cleanup efforts are underway. Nelson Tasman remains in a state of emergency due to flooding and slips. Many highways are closed. Most weather warnings expired, except for Westland District. Power is mostly restored, but outages remain. Civil Defence opened centers for those displaced.
