Meridian Welcomes High Court Approval Of NZ Windfarms Acquisition
Meridian Energy is pleased to announce the High Court's approval for acquiring NZ Windfarms. The final scheme steps are underway, with implementation set for July 30, 2025, pending customary conditions. Meridian, already in a joint venture with NZWF and a 19.99% shareholder, will acquire the remaining shares for $0.25 each.
