Pictures of beef Wellington in mushroom murder trial released

Erin Patterson was found guilty of murdering her in-laws and attempting to murder Heather's husband, Ian Wilkinson, via a beef Wellington lunch. Evidence included toxins from death cap mushrooms in leftovers, photos of the mushrooms on her tablet, and a dehydrator Patterson disposed of. Her mother-in-law's diary also noted the lunch.
