US is selling weapons to NATO allies to give to Ukraine, Trump says
To help Ukraine combat Russian attacks, the US is selling weapons to its NATO allies in Europe. These allies can then transfer these weapons, including Patriot systems, to Ukraine faster than direct US shipments. NATO coordinates deliveries, and European countries can buy replacements from the US. Germany is ready to buy patriot systems from the US.
