A new study suggests exercise can combat insomnia. Researchers found yoga, tai chi, and walking, alongside cognitive therapy, improve sleep. Yoga increased sleep time, while cardio helped people fall asleep faster. The benefits of tai chi and therapy lasted up to two years, while the benefits of aerobics lasted up to 7 months.
